So here’s what you need to know: last summer, The Public Theater produced a musical version of Shakespeare’s Love’s Labour’s Lost and it was pretty glorious. The show reunited Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson’s Alex Timbers and Michael Friedman and starred Violet’s Colin Donnell, Gentleman’s Guide’s Bryce Pinkham, Mormon’s Daniel Breaker, the super-talented Patti Murin and screen star Maria Thayer (just to name a few). Well, God bless Sh-k-Boom because they reunited the cast to record an album, and it’s so freakin’ fun. Below, BroadwayBox reacts as we journey back to Central Park and relive Love’s Labour’s Lost.
