As the weekend approaches, BroadwayBox wants to take a moment to appreciate the photos from this week that stopped our hearts, dropped our jaws and left us breathless. These are our seven favorite images from the week of February 17.
7. Les Miz Is Bringing the Heat
Just when you thought the Valjean/Javert combo couldn’t get hotter than Hugh Jackman & Russell Crowe, Broadway brings us the starry and gorgeous revival cast headed by Ramin Karimloo as Valjean (right) and Will Swenson as Javert (left). #ConfrontationOnRepeat

6. NPH Invades NYC
As if NPH didn’t already have Times Square in the palm of his hand! The cover of Time Out New York featuring Hedwig and the Angry Inch headliner Neil Patrick Harris has an insanely fun, playful and retro feel—we can’t get enough!
5. The Cartoon Comes to Vivid Life
There’s already a ton of buzz around James Monroe Iglehart’s showstopper “Friend Like Me” in the big Broadway musical Aladdin, but honestly, we are so taken with another showstopper: this amazing costume. Check out the gorgeous detail and design by Tony winner Gregg Barnes. Talk about stage magic.

4. Caissie Levy Is a Dream
It’s clear Caissie Levy is going to sing the hell out of “I Dreamed a Dream,” but who knew the Les Miz star would pierce our hearts in only one snapshot? Just wow…
3. The Heathers Serve Up Sex Appeal
These Heathers (Elle McLemore, Jessica Keenan Wynn and Alice Lee) are as hot as they are bad. We can’t wait to see this killer clique in action at New World Stages beginning March 17.

2. Just a Little Fall of Tears
Photographer Matthew Murphy captured Andy Mientus (Marius) and Nikki M. James (Eponine) performing their duet “Little Fall of Rain” in Les Miserables rehearsals, and it’s so emotional. If the image can do this, start bracing yourself now for the real thing.
1. Nina Arianda Is Giving Face in Tales From Red Vienna
Not in recent memory has a show poster struck us to the very core like that from MTC’s upcoming drama Tales From Red Vienna. Tony winner Nina Arianda is giving the kind of old-school Hollywood face Madonna celebrated in “Vogue.” Brava!
