It was recently announced that on Thursday October 1st, Ellen's Stardust Diner will be open once again with their talented singing waitstaff serving diner classics for breakfast, lunch and dinner. In their three decades of operation and counting, guests of Ellen's Stardust Diner, after a quick stroll from Times Square, could enjoy a meal while hearing some live Broadway classics before their matinee or evening show.
