1. My favorite Broadway love story is
Coalhouse Walker, Jr. and Sarah from Ragtime. For me, the love story is the foundation of the musical and completely devastates me every time I see a production of it or listen to the cast recording.

2. The best lesson I’ve learned from my brother
When he looks at me onstage for more than three seconds, it means I am talking too much.

3. The book that most affected me is
The Secret. I read it in 2007, and it totally blew my mind on the power of positive thinking.

4. The app I can’t live without is
The "Mail" app. I am constantly sending and receiving emails all day, and without that app, I would be very far behind on life!

5. When I was younger, my dream was to be
The person who got to create the "world" on the musical theatre stage. I later learned that that person is called the Director. I remember being 10 years old, sitting in the Gershwin Theatre watching the revival of Showboat with my family; then, recalling to my Mom & Dad, in detail, afterwards how fascinating I found all the actors, staging, lights, costumes, sets, and music to be and how they all were interwoven beautifully and seamlessly together to create the perfect "environment" for the piece. I had witnessed the genius that is Hal Prince and the tools he used to create not only a great piece of theatre, but an "event."

6. My celebrity crush is
Robyn Wright! Have you seen House of Cards? I can't believe she was Jenny in Forrest Gump. Mama is looking' good!

7. At a party, you’re most likely to find me
Talking to someone about the state of the musical theatre by the chips & dip.

8. My personal theme song would be
"Move On" from Sondheim's Sunday in the Park with George.

9. My favorite place in New York City is
The theatre district.

10. I feel most alive when I sing
"Being Alive" from Company. Sondheim is genius. Every time I sing this song, I totally surrender myself to it, and in doing so, naturally find a new color and nuance within it. With Sondheim, he's done the work for you. All you have to be is emotionally available. He speaks to the human condition like no other composer ever.

1. My favorite Broadway love story is
Between Emile de Beque and Nellie Forbush from the musical South Pacific. The Rodgers & Hammerstein score is emotionally rich and soars!

2. The best lesson I’ve learned from my brother is
To "let go" after putting in the work. I just started singing the song from Frozen, anyone else?

3. The book that most affected me is
Charlotte's Web. Mom would read this book to me when I was very young, and once it was over, I'd jump up and down, "Read it again, read it again!"

4. The app I can’t live without is
Voice Memos. I love VM! For music rehearsals, ideas, song ideas, song memos to friends and loved ones.

5. When I was younger, my dream was to be
Professional singer, motivational speaker and talk show host.

6. My celebrity crush is
Robyn Wright from House of Cards. My goodness she is so sexy and powerful and everything.

7. At a party, you’re most likely to find me
Having a one-on-one conversation about life and one's passions.

8. My personal theme song would be
“Make Someone Happy” (Styne, Comden and Green).

9. My favorite place in New York City is
Central Park. All of it.

10. I feel most alive when I sing
“Being Good Isn't Good Enough” (Styne, Comden and Green).
