The new Broadway musical Allegiance
stars Takei, Tony winner Lea Salonga & Telly Leung and is inspired by Takei’s true-life experience in a Japanese internment camp during WWII. The sure-to-make-you-cry musical shows how one family's love, optimism and unparalleled heroism got them through this harrowing time in US history.
Allegiance begins previews at the Longacre Theatre on October 6.
