Each day, the Bbox team trolls YouTube for the hot clip—sometimes it's a brand-new moment and sometimes it's a throwback to an oldie but goodie. No matter what praise hands are shot up, pearls are clutched and the repeat button is hit.

"Take Me Or Leave Me" from RENT (Gavin Creel and Aaron Tveit)

Ulterior Motives: Readers, we are two sleeps away from the reunion we have been waiting for since 2016. On Sunday May 16th at 8pm ET, MCC's Miscast is back for Miscast21. The event is streaming for free on their YouTube channel. The duet we're waiting for with baited breath is of these two men, Mr. Gavin Creel and Mr. Aaron Tveit. They rocked the MCC audience and honestly the theatre community with this phenomenal duet of Maureen and Joanne's Rent tune. MCC has quite a cast of performers at this next virtual benefit including Annaleigh Ashford, Melissa Barrera, Robin de Jesús, Renée Elise Goldsberry, Leslie Grace, Cheyenne Jackson, Jai’len Josey, LaChanze, Idina Menzel, Kelli O’Hara, Billy Porter, Kelly Marie Tran and Patrick Wilson. This annual benefit is absolutely one of our favorite because the performances are so insantly legendary. Be sure to tune in to Miscast21 this Sunday night!

Ultimate 🙌 🙌 moment: It is next to impossible to find a singular ultimate moment in this video with over 4 million views (and deservedly so!) and counting. Ok. Let's break this down. Honestly, both are so committed to the characters of Maureen and Joanne throughout! Gavin's looks to Aaron while Aaron completely captivates on his first few lyrics like the rock star he is. It's such a dream to hear these two stars sing together. Aaron is SINGING at 2:30. 2:40 - 2:50? Come on! Then comes the divine Gavin Creel with his magic voice. Let us remember, this benefit was held when Gavin was playing Kodaly in the revival of Golden Age musical She Loves Me and then completely wows on this rock number with that voice he dazzled audiences with in Hair. Aaron's 3:41 - 3:45 growl. This video deserves a 200 page dissertation. We're not sure if any moment vocal, acting or anything could beat the fireworks show that starts at 3:49 through to the end starting with Gavin's smile at 4:19. What a duo, these two!
