San Francisco’s Curran Theatre is undergoing a renaissance all thanks to Carole Shorenstein Hays. The Tony-winning producer plans to reopen the historic theatre in early 2017, and until then she’s presenting a festival of non-traditional, diverse and ground-breaking programming called “Curran: Under Construction.”
Now here’s where All About Eve comes in: in 1950, the Curran was used for all the interior and exterior theatre scenes in the iconic film about Broadway stage folk. Legendary, right? So enjoy this little #FlashbackFriday moment spotlighting the Curran & All About Eve.
