The upcoming Broadway revival Company
promises a production of the Sondheim and Furth musical like we’ve never seen before. The 35-year-old unmarried central character is Bobbie this time around, instead of Bobby, and her suitors Andy, PJ, and Theo have taken the place of April, Marta, & Kathy. At BroadwayCon 2020, New York audiences got their first look at the Company trio Claybourne Elder, Kyle Dean Massey, and Bobby Conte Thornton performing Sondheim’s “You Could Drive a Person Crazy” (and those amazing new harmonies!).
