The hit musical Come From Away—and its remarkable true story about how the people of Gander banded together after 9/11 to help the 6,500 airline passengers stranded in their town—has been embraced by audiences the world over. The Tony-nominated Broadway production has played over 1,000 performances at the Schoenfeld Theatre; the musical won the 2019 Olivier Award for Best New Musical for its London premiere; and it’s played sold-out engagements in Australia and Canada. Now comes an intimate new documentary, You Are Here
, about the same events that inspired the musical. This September 11, Fathom Events will screen the documentary in movie theaters nationwide for one night only.
