Bonnie Milligan is having a total star-is-born moment over at the new musical Head Over Heels. In a hilarious Broadway debut as the vain, lesbian princess Pamela, Bonnie just shreds vocals and lands joke after joke, earning herself exit applause for nearly every scene. It’s no wonder she’s the only cast member to have been with the show since its world premiere at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival.
