2024 on Broadway is taking a bow! Many Hollywood stars are headed to the stage. What stage plays should be on your New Year’s list?

THE PICTURE OF DORIAN GRAY

Emmy Award ® winner Sarah Snook, star of HBO’s smash-hit Succession, reprises her Olivier Award-winning performance in The Picture of Dorian Gray on Broadway. In this one-woman production, she plays all 26 characters in the play! Truly an acting feat not to be missed.

JOHN PROCTOR IS THE VILLAIN

Stranger Things star Sadie Sink returns to the Broadway stage in a new comedy that flips the script on an American classic. At a high school in a rural town in Georgia, an English class is studying The Crucible, but the students are more preoccupied with navigating young love, sex ed, and a few school scandals. A show for the teens and young adults.

STRANGER THINGS: THE FIRST SHADOW

If you’re a fan of the Netflix TV series, this new play takes place in Hawkins, Indiana, in the same town years before the events of Stranger Things. It’s a prequel to a television series with the characters you know: Hopper, Joyce, and even Bob. Sci-fi on stage with all the special effects fun.

GOOD NIGHT, AND GOOD LUCK

Catch acclaimed actor George Clooney as he makes his Broadway debut. Tune into the golden age of broadcast journalism as Clooney plays Edward R Murrow and showdowns with Senator Joseph McCarthy in an on-air, legendary, history-altering true event. OTHELLO

A must-see Shakespeare experience! Coming off his esteemed performance in the new Gladiator sequel, Denzel Washington comes to the stage in the titular role of Othello. Starring alongside him is fellow Hollywood actor Jake Gyllenhaal as antagonist Iago, the masterful manipulator. A true duel.
