Maybe one of the reasons that Eclipsed

is one of the best plays in New York right now is because the brilliant actresses playing the wives of the Liberian warlord are as much sisters offstage as they are on. The five women (nicknamed The Iron Ladies) who catch fire onstage with their incredible performances are then backstage laughing, taking road trips, pranking each other, and reveling in fabulous photoshoots.
