Story for Bonnie and Clyde

At the height of the Great Depression, two small-town kids from the middle of nowhere became the biggest folk heroes in all of America. Their names were Bonnie and Clyde. Unafraid, unashamed, and irresistible, their daring story of love and crime captured the imagination of a country. Today, the most infamous duo of the 20th century takes aim at a whole new target: Broadway. This new musical stars Laura Osnes as Bonnie Parker and Jeremy Jordan as Clyde Barrow. Featuring music by Tony nominee Frank Wildhorn (Jekyll & Hyde), lyrics by Tony and Oscar winner Don Black (Sunset Boulevard, “Born Free”), book by Ivan Menchell (The Nanny, The Cemetery Club), direction by Tony nominated director/choreographer Jeff Calhoun (Grey Gardens, Big River) and two star-in-the-making performances, this sexy new musical comes to Broadway after stealing hearts – and rave reviews – from the La Jolla Playhouse and the Asolo Rep. Now Bonnie & Clyde is Broadway’s most-wanted musical.
